Because… what you’re doing… is you’re giving them a unique experience, and when you do that, they’ll talk about you.
When people TALK about you, and it’s positive, it’ll usually get you some free patients. Patients that are referrals.
When someone comes to your office… they have to feel special, but they also have to leave with a good taste in their mouth about how you’d treat their friends and families.
That’s when you’ll get referrals.
I know this may sound too simple, but if you break down what works, it’s usually all about following through and making people feel important.
I like to feel important, and I’ll bet you do as well. When I go to a business and they treat me like I was a KING, I leave with my head getting bigger, but I also want to tell everyone I come in contact with about that business.
