Have you got your marketing plan in place?
If not, you’re behind.
You should have everything laid out and ready to go.
That means if there is anything you need printed, it’s at the printer.
If you’re going to send out a Thanksgiving letter, asking for referrals, it should be ready to go.
Don’t wait until the last minute to put together your marketing plan.
Bad things happen, and what I think is… you aren’t committed if you’re waiting until the last minute.
Now here’s the deal.
What could you be doing to promote yourself ?
If you’re not giving away a turkey or a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, you’ve got to do something special for your patients, because if you don’t, you’re no different than anyone, including the garbage man. Doc, look at it this way. Even if you just hand them a personal letter, a personalized postcard, or just a certificate, at least you’re telling them how important they are to you and that you care.
You can even send them a special Thanksgiving Postcard or Thanksgiving CARD that is worth something at your office… so they know they’re special.
Simple stuff, but the simple stuff I’m talking about – – works.
It builds your relationship with those patients and people, and that’s what it’s all about. Building an ongoing relationship that on one else is doing.
If you want you could even do a YouTube video, THEN… send them an email so they could watch it, with your special link, and then… on that video… tell them exactly what they get for FREE, or at a discount, if they mention the YouTube video and what you said on that video.
Cost for this?
Nothing — but your time.
I know this may seem like something that might not work, but you’re wrong.
Anytime you can help them, without them spending money, it’s worth the effort. Now I’m not telling you to always give away anything else, but there’s times when you have to shake things up, and the holidays is one of those special times.
I’ll send you more on this kind of stuff in the future.
Make sure you’re doing something for your patients at least once a week. The more the better.
Treat them like royalty, and they’ll know you CARE.
